Michael Woods Sports and Leisure Centre is situated on the site of the former Fife Institute in Glenrothes. With ample free car parking spaces available.
The changing facilities are great with an area right next to the warm pool. The warm toddler is great for baby and toddler swimming, heated to a toasty 32 degrees. We have classes here on a Saturday and Sunday.
